Rio Seniors Attend National Signing Day
On Feb. 5, the entire country was swarmed with high school student-athletes committing to a college for the next four years, hoping to make a difference in their respective sports.
After excelling in competitive environments during high school, they have all now signed their letters of intent to play a sport on a scholarship to D-I and D-II colleges.
At Rio, there were six athletes who partook in the nationwide event, five of which signed for soccer and the other for swimming.
Here is the list of the Rio students who committed to a college for athletics, the sport they played and the school they signed for.
