Where did you go to high school?
“I went to Dixon High School. There are about 1,000 students. I graduated in 2001.”

What were you like in high school? What activities did you participate in?
“I had a couple different jobs. I worked at Supercuts as the cashier, Kragen auto parts, and a hostess at Chili’s. I played tennis sophomore to senior year and volleyball in freshman.”

Where did you go to college or university? What was your major?
“I went to university at Sac State. My Undergrad was Child Development and Masters was Counseling. I’ve always liked working with students and I wanted to work in a high school and I liked counseling.”

Tell us about your family.
“I have two daughters and my husband. My daughters are five years old and my other is ten months old.”

What was the high point of your summer?
“Driving down to Laguna Beach, I took my daughters, just me and my little girls and we visited my family down there We went to the beach and hang out. It was a lot of fun.”

What hobbies do you have/what activities do you participate in?
“I like going for walks with her family on the American River trail. We are busy with the little ones so I don’t have any hobbies but I would like to get back into running. I like to bake with her five year old daughter.”

What is something that students are obsessed with that you don’t get the point of?
“Fidget spinners seemed kind of funny at first but now I get it because my daughter has one.”
