As the academic year is winding down quickly, and as you may have heard, the last day for new assignments to be given, new instruction to take place, and new tests to be taken is May 28, 2020. 

There will be a need for students to come on campus to do sophomore check out, clean out PE and hallway lockers, turn in books, and turn in any borrowed computers from the school district. Also, if students have athletic uniforms or equipment they need to turn in, this is their last chance to do it before school closes for the summer. Any items not turned in on your designated day will be marked as a fine, and must be collected before you graduate. 

In keeping with social distancing and health guidelines, the school has put together a schedule of when students will be coming to campus. Sophomores will be coming to campus on June 1 2020, as the schedule below describes. You are to come during the hour where your last name falls alphabetically. You will not be allowed on campus outside of that hour, so budget your time accordingly. Sophomore check out will be at the counseling office doors, your computers will be dropped off in the library, your textbooks in the cafeteria, and any sports equipment will be dropped off in the large gym. Large gym access will be through the breezeway at the center of campus. You will not need to wait in any lines to drop items off, this will be a drop and go and items will be checked in by staff later in the summer. All staff on campus will be wearing gloves and masks to help students on that day. We would appreciate you and your students wearing gloves and masks as well, when you are on campus. We will have trash cans in the hallways for students to throw away trash from lockers. Any lockers not cleaned out on these days will have locks cut off and all contents except books thrown away, no exceptions.
