How do you feel on the legalization of Marijuana?

Trentin Headley senior : “ I am not one way or another on it I would generally like to keep it illegal but not for the reason that most would think. I believe that if were legalized the big tobacco would try to control it and they would try to put more addictive properties into the drug and make it less natural. It would also take away from the mom and pop dispensaries that actually sell and use the drug the way it was intended to be you feel me,” said Headley .

If weed were to be taxed, where should the money go?

“I believe that the tax money would go into where al our taxes go, education, maintenance on roads, prison systems etc. There is a huge underground market that is being missed by the government by failing to tax weed and would create a pretty decent revenue stream to the use for all the above listed services. On top of that it would probably significantly reduce the size of the overflow of prisoners, by releasing weed dealers with minor offenses,” said Headley.

Connor Ebersberger junior  : “No, I believe weed should not be legalized because the cigarette industry would capitalize on marijuana. “In the event that marijuana is legalized in the United States of America, I believe that the revenue of the tax collected from the distribution of marijuana should go directly to Animal Shelters,” said Ebersberger.
